Located on the North Shore, this traditional development, containing 20 distinct residences, sought to harken back to the brick estates of Long Island’s past. The homes were designed as classic center hall colonials and clad in brick drawing on the long history of this home typology on the Gold Coast.
Each of the 20 residences was designed as a unique, custom home while maintaining classic, traditional architectural detailing to preserve a cohesive, historic vernacular throughout the development.
Extensive landscaping, as well as preservation of existing vegetation, was used to create privacy between estates as well as enhance the overall seclusion of the development.
