This private tudor estate, nestled on Long Island’s north shore, displays its elegance and traditional style as illustrated by its architectural details, inside and out. As you approach the house, the custom brickwork, slate roof, traditional wood trim, copper gutters and leaders begin to set the tone. Intricate details and architectural elements are revealed at entry and as you make your way into the home. This same level of care is carried throughout the property, all the way to its custom pool and cabana.
The home’s interiors feature beautifully layered custom trim and millwork finishes. The light tones and colors provide a delicate contrast to its textured exterior. The custom stone and brickwork is selectively pulled inside creating a connective threshold between the house, landscaping and rear gardens.
The custom pool cabana accents all the features of the main house from the brick and slate down to the interior finishes and millwork. As an added feature, the heavy timber framing system was exposed pairing nicely with the cabana’s interior finishes and furnishings.
